We have a market push and pull approach to new markets. The pull part is that we research and ”pull in” many interesting projects that could be suitable to Nordic companies. This market pull is part of the facilitating of business we can offer you.
Right now we have project inquire from Africa for pharmaceutical manufacturing in different locations in Africa. We also have “bankable projects” such as a complete hospital with some oncology ward (project value USD 50 million), WHO-certified factory for medical consumables and healthcare supplies (project value USD 20 million), Hydro Power Plant (project value USD 40 million) and different smaller projects focusing on supply chain or distribution for self-screening kits, different consumables and diagnostic tools.
We understand we need to help companies promote and identify partners and projects (push) but also to identify opportunities and projects to companies in Nordic and Europe so they can see and understand there are right opportunities for them.
Our team work actively with Government, Hospitals and other to identify projects, tenders and orders of products and services we feel are suitable for Nordic and European Companies.
